MyXL Telegram Bot Worker

1. Bind database D1 panel sebagai "DB".
2. Set secret TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN (dan TELEGRAM_WEBHOOK_SECRET bila mau).
3. Buka /setup untuk mendaftarkan webhook.
